The Dexter S42G8SC-PCP 8in Scalloped Utility Slicer has a scalloped blade that increases the ability to cut through a variety of surfaces without losing sharpness. Ideal for cutting bread, vegetables, meats, and fruit. The blade is ultra-sharp out of the package. It features a natural Rosewood handle that has a formed finger guard and is secured to the blade with brass compression rivets.
