Ordering

We only accept orders that will be shipped within the United States. We apologize to our International customers, but we will no longer be accepting International Orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Domestic Shipping on every item we sell. It is our goal to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We ship every day except for Sunday and most orders ship within 24-48 hours of payment clearing. We generally ship USPS with delivery confirmation, but will occasionally use UPS or FedEx if the order would better be served by another carrier. We do not ship any order to any destination outside of the United States.

Returns & Replacements

We make returns fast and easy! Any item may be returned for a full refund for any reason provided the item is returned in new condition in the original undamaged packaging within 30 days. Please contact us before returning any damaged or defective items or for returns over 30 days. Please do not return any item in used condition. Items in new condition with damaged packaging may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items with obvious signs of use or missing pieces may not be eligible for refund or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. Please be sure to include the original order number and reason for the return. Returns without this information may be delayed or not eligible for refund.

Privacy Policy

Buffalo Gap Outfitters Ltd collects any personal information you have provided for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with our customers. Your information will not be sold nor provided to any third party for any reason other than one of our business partners for the purpose of completing your order. We will be happy to provide you with the information we have collected and retained or removed any stored information if a formal requested is provided.

We will not be held responsible for any illegal, immoral, or inappropriate use of any item that we sell nor will we be responsible for any legal repercussions from purchase, use, or ownership of any item which we sell.

All purchases on the Buffalo Gap Outfitters website are made with the understanding that the Risk of Loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Conversely, we do not take ownership of return items until the item arrives at our return center. At our discretion, we may refund or replace any item lost or damaged by the shipping carrier either upon initial shipment or upon customer return.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product titles, descriptions, images and pricing. However, occasionally mistakes are made or items are changed by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to change any product information at our discretion at any time and we do not warrant the accuracy of information offered. If a product is not found to be as described, your only couse of action is to return the item in new condition for a refund. Buffalo Gap Outfitters reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Any claim or dispute related to your use of the BuffaloGapOutfitters.com website or products or services sold by Buffalo Gap Outfitters Ltd will be resolved by binding arbitration and not in court. There is no judge or jury in this binding arbitration and damages are limited to any amount paid to Buffalo Gap Outfitters Ltd. Arbitration claims must be mailed to our mailing address. A written response will be returned within 30 days. This agreement is subject to all applicable Federal Laws and the Laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

We reserve the right to makes changes to our Site, Policies and Terms of Use at any time for any reason. Should any of these Terms of Use be found to be in violation of applicable law, the law will apply. All other Terms of Use will remain in effect.
