The Dakota Heart Rate Monitor is a 330 feet water resistant sport watch with a PU Strap and Stainless Steel Bezel and Caseback with a light up LCD display. It is anti-static and shock proof. This item uses a finger type ECG heart rate measurement (not an uncomfortable chest strap). The watch has programmable heart rate zone limits with audio visual alarms and also calculates calories and percentage of fat burned with a BMI calculation mode. It also contains the standard features of a Dakota digital watch: 16 lap timer with memory, stopwatch, countdown timer, calendar, dual time, and alarm clock.
