The Hero 9.6mm is an excellent single rope for sport climbers. It's Single Tech construction provides increased resistance to abrasion, low weight, and great handling qualities. The Hero Dry 9.6mm has a Teflon treatment applied to it with a revolutionary nanotechnology that gives the rope a longer lifespan and water resistance. The rope is soft and easy to manipulate in belay devices and, even with a small diameter, the Hero 9.6mm has a long lifespan. It has thermotransfer end markings, an ultrasonic ending, and a middle marking.
